Sakura Fortune 2

About this game
What should you watch on the reels?
Sakura Fortune 2 uses five reels with heights of 3-4-4-4-3 and 576 ways. Its central feature is the Sakura Wild on the three middle reels. A Wild can nudge to cover a full reel, award one additional spin, and remain locked during the resulting respins.
The Sword Scatter creates a second progression. Five Sword positions on the three middle reels can activate respins on the first and last reels, where only Sword Scatters appear. The final number of Swords determines both the free-spin count and how many Sakura Wild reels are locked at the start.
The SlotLab demo uses virtual credits and requires no account or deposit. Use it to distinguish Sakura Wilds from Sword Scatters and to follow 576-way connections. Demo credits have no cash value and cannot show reliable feature frequency.
Published RTP, volatility, and maximums
Quickspin’s Sakura Fortune 2 game sheet lists three versions. The main version has 96.03% total RTP, sakura294 has 94.11%, and sakura290 has 90.15%. All three are rated 5/5 for volatility.
The 96.03% version records a 19,664.8x maximum payout in 100 billion simulated spins. The 94.11% sheet records 22,482.4x across 860 billion spins, while the 90.15% sheet records 20,887.2x across 740 billion. The sample sizes differ, so those upper observations should not be used to rank the versions or predict a session.
An operator chooses the active version. Check the paytable before playing for money elsewhere. Volatility of 5/5 means outcomes can be highly uneven, and the 96% version can still consume balance quickly during a short run.
Quickspin says the sequel modernises the math model, raises the maximum payout, and makes play more volatile than the original. Source: official Sakura Fortune 2 page and game sheet, information as of July 31, 2026.
Reading the 3-4-4-4-3 layout
The 576 ways are not 576 drawn paylines. A win is formed by matching symbols across the required consecutive reels under the paytable rules. Multiple positions on one reel can contribute to several combinations.
The three middle reels hold more positions than the first and last. Trace a symbol from the left and identify where the connection ends. Do not assume that matching pictures on reels 2–5 pay when the rules require a connection from reel 1.
A full Sakura Wild reel creates more substituting positions, but it still needs compatible symbols on neighbouring reels. A stacked Wild increases possible connections; it does not guarantee a large result.
How Sakura Wilds nudge and lock
Sakura Wilds appear on the three middle reels and substitute for all symbols except Sword Scatter. When one lands, there is a chance that the Sakura Wilds on that reel nudge to cover the complete reel.
Each full Wild reel awards one respin and remains locked through those respins. New symbols continue to be random around the locked reel, so the persistent Wild makes the state easier to see without determining the result.
During Fortune Free Spins, Sakura Wilds always nudge to cover the reel, remain sticky, and add one spin. Locking all three Sakura Wild reels applies a 3x multiplier to wins. Two locked reels do not make the third due.
Sword Scatters set the starting bonus
When the five Sword positions on the middle reels are involved, the first and last reels respin with Sword Scatters only. The process continues until no new Sword lands or the maximum of five Swords is reached, according to the sheet.
Three Sword Scatters award nine Fortune Free Spins. Four award ten spins with one locked Sakura Wild, and five award eleven spins with two locked Wild reels. The stronger starts therefore change both duration and reel state.
On the 96% version, Buy Feature prices are 55x for three or more Scatters, 70x for four, and 320x for five. Availability can vary by market. A 320x purchase consumes far more balance than an ordinary spin, even when virtual credits make the control safe to inspect.
A demo plan that keeps the feature readable
Spend five minutes in the paytable. Find the 576-way rule, Sakura Wild, Sword Scatter, each free-spin award, and the active RTP. Use one virtual stake for the next ten minutes and pause whenever a Wild nudges.
If free spins start, record only three things: the starting number of spins, the number of locked Wild reels, and additional spins from full Wilds. Do not judge the feature by one total. A single bonus can run much shorter or longer than another.
On mobile, the character Wild is easy to recognise but ways and counter text may be small. Try landscape mode, leave turbo off, and confirm that the Buy Feature control is separated clearly from ordinary stake controls. If the middle reels remain hard to follow, a desktop screen may suit this game better.
Sakura Fortune 2 suits players who enjoy full-reel Wilds and bonus starts that change with the Scatter result. Compare Big Bad Wolf for a simpler replacement-win progression, or Eastern Emeralds Megaways for changing reel heights.
If you play for money elsewhere, set a budget and time limit before starting. Do not buy a 320x feature simply to see the strongest starting state, and do not continue because two of three Wild reels appeared. Visible progress cannot change the randomness of the next spin.
